STACO CO series

is composed of three main components: conductive access panel, conductive bolted stringer and pedestal.

The System

STACO Conductive Panel is conductive vinyl tile as surface bonded one-to-one alignment to the access panel.
Copper strips are taped at 2 side of the access panel before bonding conductive vinyl tile to the panel.
Size: 600 mm x 600 mm (special run 24" x 24")

Conductive Panel

Conductive Stringer
Galvanized square steel tube stringer topped with vinyl strip on top. Copper strip wrapped the vinyl strip at center as interface of conductive panel and steel stringer.

Access floor can be
Colorful & Resilient

Pedestal (FFH 80 mm ~ 1200 mm)
Galvanized steel. Square base plate rigidly glued to the sub-floor.

Installation: Same procedure as standard access floor installation. Earthing wire connected one point within every 4 meters, approx. 18 sq. meter or 200 SF (i.e. every 7 pedestals need one earthing point). Earthing at pedestal for static dissipation shall be installed and inspected by licensed electrician. The conductive stringer is patented and, to ensure conductivity, shall be supplied by the manufacturer together with STACE CO conductive panel.
