Conductive Resilient Access Floor
|
|
|
STACO CO series is an improvement to concurrent conductive
access floor systems. The conductive panel surfaced with conductive vinyl tile
without trims at boarders. Two copper strips are bonded at two side of the
panel prior to bonding conductive tile. Conductive continuity is contributed by
the copper strips, which act as a connecting pathway. Static flows through the conductive
tile, copper strip, grid system, and dissipating through the earthing ground
point.

Applications The system is using at hi-tech factory,
pharmaceutical, food procession, operation room, hospital ward, computer and
control center, arsenal warehouse, and areas where static dissipation through
flooring are necessary.

Features:

Conductive property: Surface vinyl static
resistance at 104 ~ 106 ohm.
Resilient: Access panel surfaced with
homogeneous vinyl tile of 2.0 mm and 3.0 mm thickness. Quiet and comfortable.
Hard-wearing: Pure vinyl 2.0 and 3.0 mm thick,
much higher durability than HPL.
Easy maintenance: Gloss surface. Easy clean. Low maintenance cost than HPL and carpet tile.
Uniform finish: Full piece conductive tile
bonded one-to-one alignment on access panel, no trim. Standard
panel size is 600 mm x 600 mm and inter-changeable. Provide
uniform finish and un-restricted color coordination
Non-combustible and interchangeable access
panel.

STACO CO system patented static conductive stringer and panel system
|
|
When conductive panel
installed on stringer system, copper strips at center of
the panel border contact the copper strips at two
side of the stringer. One earthing point made within
every 7 pedestals.
