The System
 

STOCO AN45 is composed of three main components: anti-static access panel, bolted stringer and pedestal.

 

AN45 Anti-Static Resilient Panel
AN45 panel is access panel surfaced with Actile. The Actile is bonded one-to-one alignment to access panel. No trim at border.

 

Actile:

anti-static vinyl tile.

 

Total thickness: 4.5 mm.
Wear Layer: 1.0 mm thick homogeneous vinyl.
Access Panel: steel, light-weight cement in-filled.
Size: 600 mm x 600 mm (special run 24" x 24")

 

AN45 Panel

Access floor can be       
 Colorful  & Resilient

Full piece Actile bonded on access panel, no trims at boarders of the panel. Un-restricted color matching
 

Stringer
Galvanized square steel tube stringer. Galvanized screw bolted to upper plate of pedestal. Shock-absorption PVC stripe taped on top. Eliminate noise and prevent air leakage.

 

Pedestal
(FFH 80 mm ~ 600 mm), Galvanized steel. Square base plate rigidly glued to the sub-floor.

 

Installation:
Installation procedure of AN45 is same as standard access floor. The steel grid system may be provided by local access floor contractor. Top of the stringer shall be taped with shock absorption stripe.
